Each brand system includes: market research and competitive positioning, brand positioning statement, visual identity guidelines (color palette, typography, logo concepts), voice and tone framework, target audience personas, and a messaging framework with taglines and core value propositions.
Yes. You can submit a new brief at any time to generate a fresh brand system. If you want specific changes, adjust your brief and resubmit — the AI builds contextually each time, so different inputs will produce different outputs.
Billing & Subscriptions

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again after that.
Billing is handled through your account dashboard. You can view invoices, update your payment method, and manage your subscription there. For billing and account issues, the support center in your dashboard is the fastest route to resolution.

You do. The brand system generated for you is yours to use, adapt, and build upon. We don't claim any rights to your outputs.
Yes. Brand systems generated through Sustaine are provided for commercial use. You're free to use them for your website, marketing materials, products, and any other business purposes.
The brand system is a foundational document for your company. Use it as a reference when creating marketing materials, designing your website, writing copy, or building product UI. It's designed to be practical and actionable — not just aspirational.
Account Settings
Account settings, including email and password, are managed through your account dashboard. If you're having trouble accessing your account, use the support center in your dashboard to submit a ticket.
Team collaboration features are available on Pro and higher plans. You can invite team members and manage access levels from your account settings. Enterprise plans include advanced role-based access controls.
All billing history and invoices are available in the billing section of your account dashboard. You can download past invoices for your records or accounting.
Troubleshooting
Generation typically takes under 5 minutes, but during high-traffic periods it may take slightly longer. If you're experiencing extended wait times, check your account dashboard for any service status updates or submit a support ticket.
First, check your dashboard to see if the generation completed and the brand system is saved there. If it shows as failed or incomplete, try submitting a new brief. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket from your account dashboard with the details.
The quality of your brand system depends heavily on the specificity of your brief. Try adding more detail about your target audience, your competitive landscape, and what makes you different. More context = more tailored output. You can also regenerate with a refined brief.
